Nisa Collective
Nisa Collective is a peer network of carefully curated pods of 6–8 women who meet every 5–8 weeks for structured, confidential, peer‑moderated conversations that encourage personal reflection, professional development, and mutual support. Each pod adopts best‑practice tools from successful international peer networks (e.g., YPO and EO), tailored to our local context
Our values—mutual respect, active listening, and non‑judgemental acceptance—create safe spaces that emphasise experience‑sharing over advice‑giving, build trust‑based relationships over transactional networking, and prioritise whole‑self growth rather than one‑sided mentorship. Over time, pods will also access professionally facilitated sessions focused on personal growth.
Why Now?
Many women navigate ambition, faith, family and work—often with limited networks, few relatable role models, and confidence eroded by stereotypes. Nisa Collective offers a steady, supportive forum to connect, reflect, and grow—without the noise.
Start Your Role!
We’re inviting a small group of accomplished Indian/Muslim women as founding members of our pilot pod.
Commitment: ~3 hours/month at pre‑scheduled meetings, a willingness to show up honestly, and the lived wisdom to help shape this collective as it expands.
Onboarding includes a code of conduct, meeting formats, and tools to support meaningful, consistent engagement.
If this resonates, we’d love to welcome you to the first pod of Nisa Collective—and to the catalyst you’ll be for yourself and for other Indian/Muslim women.
