Commitment Required:

• Develop and implement an innovative solution to an identified community challenge during or upon completion of programme

• Serve on the board or committee of a non-profit organisation (preferably an Indian/Muslim community organisation) for minimum 2 years post-graduation

• Maintain active IMPROF membership and contribute to community knowledge-sharing

2. Professional Development Scholarship

• Funding for mid-career Indian/Muslim professionals pursuing upskilling or career transitions of your choice

• Covers relevant certifications, professional courses, specialized training, or advanced qualifications

• Fully aligned with SkillsFuture initiatives and national upskilling priorities

• Pathway to advanced education opportunities, including SP Jain EMBA for high-performing recipients

Commitment Required:

• Apply learning to address specific community needs or challenges

• Maintain IMPROF membership and participate in peer learning sessions

• Contribute back through mentorship or knowledge-sharing within 12 months of completion
